Return and Refund Policy

According to the legislation in force (GEO no. 34/2014), customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without needing to state a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• be in the same condition as it was delivered
• show no signs of use or damage
• be in its original packaging, with all included accessories

Exceptions to returns:
Products showing signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer cannot be returned.

Return costs:
